A mean co-worker, its a friend indeed


Here is the first day at the new job and you met everyone and you think I'm not going to remember all their names, I bet that at the end of the day you remeber that one co-worker who pissed you off or seems really pissy..mean to be nice. Work it out! nawl' as many would say, just act as mean to them, but actually those are the ones who can be the best resource to you in your WORK place.

They snap when you ask a question, they ignore you, or don't speak when you say Goodmoring all. The bible says, "love they neigbor", but I don't live by them fools...but you work it them so learn to work it out.

1. Always be nice, not too nice they know your're fake.
2. Give a compliment on their clothes, look, their work ethics.
3. Find common likes and discuss.
...when all else falls Pray, pray, pray. I cant tell what for but it help to relieve the stress.

Losing Weight by losing your mind



Whoever said losing weight is hard, their totally right!


Many thin and fit people think overweight people look at them as if we want their lives but we dont. WE WANT OUR LIVES IN YOUR BODIES. So just lose weight right? Nope--It not easy. Its not that simple. Its not so fun. Its too much work. ITS seem to be our excuse. So lets work ITS - out.





Find out what is keeping us unfit. We dont have to be thin just fit. WORK OUT OUR FRUSTRATION. Diet pills, diet programs, gyms, exercise tapes, weight loss programs are great resources if we utilize them, but those of us who start those programs and dont complete them, lets vent. Whats your frustrated with weight loss or even weight gain. My hubby has being trying to gain weight for over 20 years and he still wears his old high school clothes. Wish we could trade places. I'll take my high school size back any day. WORKING IT OUT, it for me is weight loss.
