Losing Weight by losing your mind



Whoever said losing weight is hard, their totally right!


Many thin and fit people think overweight people look at them as if we want their lives but we dont. WE WANT OUR LIVES IN YOUR BODIES. So just lose weight right? Nope--It not easy. Its not that simple. Its not so fun. Its too much work. ITS seem to be our excuse. So lets work ITS - out.





Find out what is keeping us unfit. We dont have to be thin just fit. WORK OUT OUR FRUSTRATION. Diet pills, diet programs, gyms, exercise tapes, weight loss programs are great resources if we utilize them, but those of us who start those programs and dont complete them, lets vent. Whats your frustrated with weight loss or even weight gain. My hubby has being trying to gain weight for over 20 years and he still wears his old high school clothes. Wish we could trade places. I'll take my high school size back any day. WORKING IT OUT, it for me is weight loss.
